About Our Studio

Nestled between the walls of this Charming Church, right in the Heart of Historic Germantown Philadelphia you will find “Cocoon” - Your Safe Haven for Soul-Expression through Yoga, Movement, & Holistic Arts

You may recognize this beautiful, almost century old church because it is the home of The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts.

From church, to circus school, we now add a space where both, sacred prayers and ecstatic self expression can emerge!

A space where you can roll your yoga mat out & dance your Soul out!

Cocoon is not merely just a safe haven for those who seek a deeper connection with themselves, with others, and with the world around them…

It is also a transformative sanctuary where the essence of Celebration and Radical Self-Expression are just as important to feel fully alive and thrive!

At Cocoon, we’re home to…

The Seekers : those who are seekers at heart, individuals who crave a path of self-discovery and growth & willing to explore the depths of their own souls

The Liberators : Those who wish to find a space where you can move, dance, and express yourself without judgment or inhibition—a place where you can shed the weight of conformity and embrace your truest self!

The Healers: The Cocoon is for the healers, both those in need of healing and those who wish to offer healing energy.

The Holistic Warriors: Those who understand that true wellness extends beyond the physical. Here, you will explore the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul through yoga, dance, and other holistic practices

The Community Builders: Those who recognize that we are all threads woven into the tapestry of life. For the open hearted, compassionate leaders ready to leave judgements and differences aside!

In essence, our intention is to create a community where you don’t just feel like a participant, but an essential thread in the (Cocoon) of Community Development…

In the spirit of celebration and connection, we invite you to join us at the Cocoon where your unique soul is not only welcomed but celebrated!
